Our History

OUR HISTORY

The firm was initially established by Warwick Smith with Gary Mulholland joining in 1983. John Hozack then joined the firm in 1986 and Roger Clisdell became a partner in 1991 to form the partnership between Mulholland, Hozack and Clisdell.    

After the departure of Gary Mulholland and Roger Clisdell from the local area, John Hozack operated the business for a number of years until he decided to retire and sell his interest in the business to his son Jonathon Hozack in July 2022.  The business continues today under the guidance and direction of Jonathon Hozack. 

Our firms Legal and Conveyancing practitioners have extensive experience in a variety of areas.  We place an emphasis on providing a legal service of high professional standards that are delivered in a friendly, relaxed and courteous manner. We concentrate on keeping our clients informed and up to date with the progress of their matter.
