Fiona is passionate about assisting her clients through the process of putting in place their wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardian documents as smoothly as possible. She prides herself on ensuring she understands each family’s dynamics so that what is put in place is workable for the future generations.

Fiona also has considerable experience in estate litigation matters including proving wills that aren’t witnessed properly, assisting the Court with finding missing beneficiaries and issues where a will maker may not have been able to understand what they were doing or were forced to sign something.

Fiona understands that being involved in a legal matter may be the most stressful period of someone’s life so she strives to ensure that her clients feel comfortable and are fully informed at every step of the way.
